Is the UN Really Saying, Hey, Guys, Stop Raising Rates?

People are fed up with the decision makers and the decisions that they have been making. The UN literally put out sort of this, make Google it, P about this UN recommendation that they slow these rate hikes because it's putting too much pressure on emerging markets. I wonder if there is an opportunity for policy decisions to get made or if this is really going to come down to a genuine revolution as we're starting to see it grow in places like Italy,. Eastern Europe and throughout the Middle East.
