Mark O'Mara: This is exactly what they are trying to write. They never wanted to do more than they needed. But at the same time, they want to do enough that they wouldn't be in a position of we didn't do enough. So this was the very delicate dance they were trying to do the last 15 months and we might stay at like point to 5.5. We may not have to go.
