Alets eeso, i think if i were sort of going to wit with 20 20 nind ight, ten years after the book came out, I would emphasize more the power of the cultures these cos built. In acquired companies, this is s transtime as gron tror acquisition. Overtime and transt time and capital cities are very close, very philosophically culturey. Those are almost dopal gangers. It's just really hard to change those cultures. And so i think that was a key thread. And cultures are extremely hard to change. They are very, very hard to change."
