"I am more fearful of a quote unquote Marine that has used their training to kill an innocent man in broad daylight than I am of an unhoused individual having an emotional mental breakdown," he said. "For this mayor who has, he rode into this position because of talking about the rampant crime in New York City and how he was going to issue in an error of law and order sound familiar."
