Halloween really is the template one. Halloween really is the one that sets the rules that everybody follows. I think this is the most reflective to show it on screen and then show it actually happening side by side. The last person who lives is a girl, that's what happened in Halloween. It would be a jinx to do anything other than like guy with knife and mask stabbing girls.
