Is Liu the Inventor of Cloak Weapons?
A lot of the research was not classified because it was at an early stage. The Pentagon said wait a minute you know we're giving you money to cloak weapons make them invisible and China's funding this so they went to Duke and they said we're not happy about this and that's when it kind of all unraveled. Liu as I understand it he was not like the genius driving force behind all this he was maybe treading water at best.
