I think that it's extremely important for people to understand an awareness of themselves when they get into the profession, more so than anything else. Most sellers fall victim to is this entrapment of having to be a talking head for a product. People don't buy products. They buy a solution to their problem. So being able to earn credibility and to create and stir enough familiarity and relevance in side of conversations is extremely important because of that. And the best way to do it is to be you. Not everybody's going to like you, right? But if you're aware of yourself and you know who you are, it's a great foundation in starting sails.
