The Importance of Preparation in Meetings

You've got to be more intentional about meetings and I think that that's a really big piece here. You know, you could have a lot of virtual meetings where you're just skating on the surface of things. But actually with a little bit of thinking and preparation, virtual meetings can be more challenging, more deep, and more even insight rich if you do them right. The other thing about the virtual world is you're beating into someone's home directly into each other's faces. It's actually very intimate if there's not a lot of people.
