Introduction

This is our second episode a this podcast has had a one episode history of discussing fairly wide ranging outages. And we actually have another one to chat about to day, the a w s outages of december 20 21. We're going to go over what happened when it happened, the implications, and take a sociotechnical view of the situation based upon what we know to be true. There's really no shortage of pontification on the outage on the inner net. But basically, we know of this podcast, its either d an s or the network. In this particular case, i turns out to be the network.
