How to Deal With a Fucking Manga Cafe

My British bank card works every single ATM. They don't charge me, they just charge me the exchange rate costs. If I didn't have my British card, what did you happen to these people do in this? You'd have to pay for the Marlon cafe. Like, it's ridiculous. Absolute insanity that this is what it's called.
