Those people that are lonely tend to experience like really low levels, of well-being. And those people that have at least one, two, or three close friends that they can share almost anything and be effortlessly themselves in terms of what bothers them. They don't feel they'll be punished for that. Those people with those secure relationships tend to have higher well- being. So it's a consequence of well- Being. It's often a cause of well-Being. If you experience this thing called well-being, you tend to be more attractive to other people.
