The Role of the Eye in Differential

The most prominent thing that we see are related to the eye, which does have to do with our differential here. Hypertension is very common, but it could be a sign of pain, of some sort of endocrine abnormality or risk factors for cardiovascular disease. And then the elevated BMI could give some information. We know there's weight gain. It could also be thinking about pseudo tumor, cerebri, or things like that, if that could be contributing.
