i'm not saying that annalysts are without bias and yet a yayoter, but i do think they can be that kind of neutral voice of reason. They're often looked to as like, hey, what's your advice? Because i know you don't care if we increase their budget or if we change their ry ry k p is. It's like, what's just the best decision based on the data yo got? That also goes to, it can be scare. A good manager is someone that pushes you that little bit. If your manager is always in those meetings, if your manager isalways the one presenting it,like show antells or stand ups
