negative people i like to call them energy sponges because they just kind of sap the energy from everyone around them man. A leader should brighten up the room when they enter it not when they leave it so you have to have an action plan a believable action plan if you want to be known as positive leader. People aren't going to follow you if they just think you're glad handing everything and you really don't have a plan to back it up that's important.
