The Precedent Setting Aspect of Trump's Prosecution

Sally Kohn: This is the first time we're going to hear that 8 million times we already have. There has been a high bar, right, for prosecuting presidents. Is this a kind of ticky tack way to do that? And will that open up further prosecutions that are more, you know, retributive that are more partisan and feel like witch hunts? She says it's an absolute certainty that in the next 10 years, there will be Republican prosecutors who are bringing criminal charges against democratic politicians motivated by politics.
