In my last gig, we spent a lot of time choosing the right framework and having the right reasons. We let Cecil be cutting edge and go and play in his dev advocate role. And then once it's in production in other places, then you use it. It didn't necessarily have to be just learning, right? It could be, well, here's some tools that just like kind of pull in data and process it. But if it's not perfect, the website is not going to go down until somebody fixes its ETL.
