How Has the Research Environment Changed Since You Begun Your Career?
Since I'm a theorist, I don't have to equip my own laboratory or anything like that. So it's a relatively easy for me to work at home and to just use the facilities of university,. pick and choose and not be paid and that kind of thing. It seems to me that the funding system and the career structure for fundamental science has been in rather drastic because of the time it has been in a rather drastic decline during his lifetime.
