The Kind of Behavior Shift That Can Happen in Education
Coaches are trying to do is coaches start a session and deliver a session talking about football but how about asking how their day was. If you have knowledge to give you're going to be in a very good place because instead of worrying about behavior you're teaching them things. It's different in different contexts and different cultures and in different countries I think you've mentioned some really important things there such as applying consequences to behavior or modeling great attitudes. Dan: Your job really is to add value if your team have an opportunity to win a trophy then maybe that's a KPI for you.
