The Price of Oil Is Going to Capture Demand in Spring and Summer
Saudi Arabia has a significantly higher fiscal break even than a lot of other countries. And they're more comfortable with oil at $80, especially with an $90 base. They need it in order to revamp and reinvest in their economies as rapidly as possible. But they have no better interest in a hundred dollar oil than most other countries do.
