Is this incident part of a larger scale one? You might anticipate that you're responding to a solo incident and a single casualty. But suddenly find yourself in the midst of what is maybe a major incident or sort of a marauding terrorist attack. I think these are all things that are really easy to get distracted away from, aren't they? And so I want police to be going. If your ambulance service has something similar to an operational officer who kind of comes along and manages the scene for you, then I definitely want one of those guys coming along. Then finally, I think critical care or just somebody in your area that has access to pre hospital blood or thoracotomy ability,
