When we're sitting here, as you kind of alluded to on these om calls, a meeting and sedentary stress, your body still raises glucose. Your body's physiological response to stress is the same. It pects you to fight or flee. But when you sit what happens is you don't transport those glutfor transporters that we talked about earlier. So insolent can transport those to the cell for that glucos to move in or movement and exercise. An so that that was kind of the main point there, on the ostrogen and why it's important that we diale in our stress.
