I totally agree with Peter I think it's not hard to draw a direct line between the lowest interest rates in modern history and the excess of commodity inputs that were created. We don't have another Russia in fact the Russia we've got may go away in terms of their ability to supply us with the commodities we want. The capital is much more skeptical and even deterred for political reasons so all of a sudden this is fundamental not just to the commodity markets but this drives this drives everything right.
