The Challenges to Free Speech in Norway
There is a strong support for the principle of free speech in Norway. Many people think that speech that is critical of religions should be allowed, 70% of the population would say that. On the other hand, we find it quite strong caution about criticizing ethnic minorities. Even though their presence and their willingness to speak has increased strongly in the past few years, there's still a reluctance related to the fear of or the cures of representativity.
