Asana has these sort of structured kind of feedback mechanisms there are a lot of kind of like public within Asana projects that are really really important and easy to access. And having these clear forums that exist I think endorses their use right it's like we really want to hear from you just like you know just like you might make it easy for people to report bugs. These are cultural bugs like how can we surface them and work together on them and decide what's important and move forward. That makes sense well those forums kind of remind me of something you mentioned at the beginning of this episode which was the system of ownership. I'd love to know what that is.
