Customer contact represents the worst kinds of friction and you write that all the frictionless strategic actions eliminate produces the most impact so yeah explain eliminate what is supposed to happen. The reasons that get assigned there are the ones that are really irritating to customers. They could be a first time or could be a repeat issue of the same thing. So eliminating that one might actually be improving the network or it might be telling the customer you know you may be better off going to another provider who has better service in this area.
