I'm not actually keen on people getting these 90 grand software developers as their first member of staff. What I think is better, that you employ someone that takes all your admin and takes all your personal life problems out. You get all these hours back in the week for you to do nice high value tasks. It's something you're really comfortable with, but as somebody who's not been in that position for it's hard to let go. Well, if you don't sell that, you're just going to stay where you are.
