The drive towards those muscles from the electrical signals will be much more fine-tuned. We're not wasting any energy on any other muscles that we don't need. So the muscles not just from getting bigger, but you're becoming more efficient at using them. I do quite a lot of press-ups. How much motor imagery would I have to do? How long would I haveto do it for to improve my ability to do press-ups?
