The Limits of Urinary Black Hole Size

How big primordial black holes are allowed to be is determined by an idea called the cosmic horizon. Basically, since the universe is expanding, there's a limit to how far away you can be from something while still being able to communicate with it. And using some really cool theoretical ideas, we can actually set limits on the size of these primordial blackholes.
