Is It OK to Charge a Small Margin?
Markam: I completely agree around kind of quality, a team ambition, ability to execute. And where people oftentimes try to criticise these digital models is your margin so small. But i think overtime, this freight lation play actually can yeld substantial free cash flow. You really have operating leverage that incumbents don't have because of your technology. So actually it's ok to charge a small margin, but you have to be in it for the long run.
