Most people can do three to six hours of heavy weight lifting per week and one to three hours of cordio per week. If they are looking to lose weight, maintain a calory deficit somewhere around 20 to 25%. And i know research shows that over training may be more of a psychological state than a physiological state. But regardless of the ultimate cause, it is real. The symptom s are real.If you push yourself too hard for too long, you start to feel bad. Your workouts start to feel particularly hard when your body becomes more and more fatigued.
