Milreno in a Pregnant Patient?
The perfect patient for Milreno ina would be somebody whose SVR is already high and has a little bit of reduced ejection fraction. The concern that people have with debutamine is that you can also get a decrease in SVR. People are worried about arrhythmias with debutamine. And it is certainly an easy drug to titrate, so if you were to precipitate in arrhythmia, you could quickly turn it off and switch to another ina trope.
