All the steps you're oing to be taking in types of shoes, more standing more walking, more movement it'll make a difference over years. Just don't expect it to be fast. You are in it for the long hall. It's really kind of a life thing, which makes sense. Our feet are the foundation of our bodies. We cannot want them to last our whole lives, right? So, like, just thinking about them a little bit more can come back your whole life, really.
