The way to look at training is you're placing a stimulus resistance on your muscle so that it has to get stronger. You don't need 250 machines and 1000 kilos worth of weight plates to do that. Even during COVID, when the gyms were shut down for like six months at a time, I only had two dumbbells. And I was pretty much using the floor as my bench.
