Normalized Power in a Race?

I'm definitely on the helio courses, i would have normalize power. That's the most important a situation where i would have it. If you're fresh and feeling confident that you want to push maybe a minute or two faster, tan than your previous ever p b then then gently push the pressure up. In a triaflon, i'm talking here, don't go crazy, because you've still got a run. You can keep glancing at it to see that your, you know, im a be byt too high. Here, so i can pull back a bit, but still feeling good and feeling confident, i think i can ride a a bit faster.
