The Jenkins project is structured where basically everybody get their own sandbox called plug in. So, like we almost socially encourage isolation of responsibility and people have added in their own space to minimize the collaboration. Do you think without of course overgeneralizing but do you think there is a cultural component here? I was really just so struck so both are the kind of key difference I think.
