It's really looking at that full dare I say value stream from when the customer first is engaged or one from an idea is first born through to the point where it is out and we're getting data about whether or not it is actually delivering the value that we expected. The priority model then is used for anyone that has a direct impact or is directly impacted by the activities that are then carried out across that value stream.
