Is It a Podcast, or a Public Service Announceent?

I don't know what it is that i do any more. I edit footage. So if you ever come out here, it's a great place. But like, people drive like that an idiot on surface streets. And then when they get out on the highway, they drive like absolute focking maniacs. Is this a podcast, or is it like a public service announceent? I don't know.
