The Ancient Egyptians Mummified Their Dead

Egypt is partially because we have this history of mummy stories. Mummies themselves can look quite sinister. If you don't understand why the Egyptian people were creating mummies, then you might think it is quite sinister. We know that the Egyptians mummified their dead to give them their bodies to allow them to retain human like appearance so that the soul could live on and allow the dead person to live in the afterlife. It would be nice if sometimes we saw the ordinary everyday side of ancient Egypt. But there's just an ordinary everyday aspect to ancient Egypt as well. Absolutely.
