Is TikTok Boosting Creativity?

TikTok is the most amazing horrifying both delivery mechanism and creation mechanism I've ever seen brilliant. There's no sort of cognitive burden there's no like spending 20 minutes figuring out what Netflix you want to watch or scrolling through YouTube to see which thumbnails the most attractive. No decisions to be made if you're not interested you just flip it and you're on to the next. From a creation perspective it's fascinating that they've removed all those barriers but at the end of the day I don't know that that has bolstered creativity.
