I'm very fussy about eating red meat. I don't choose to eat chicken and I'm battling actually to find good sources of red meat because I wanted to be pasture fed and pasture killed if that's the right way of saying it. So I do eat a lot of grains and so quinoa is one of my staples, I will eat lentils which are fantastically nutrient dense. But I think one of the things that people that are kind of obsessed about protein which is basically the paleo brigade. Firstly it's an evolutionary oversimplification to think that paleo is best for us and that's another conversation. Although it does have many benefits primarily a focus away from processed food
