Josh Hillis: I think we all became more sedentary in a number of ways, right? You're just sitting at your computer so much of the day. And yet i was able to kind of have a little bit of willingness and go ahead and do this thing that was hard. He says josh's work has really helped him come up with some duable, simple exercises he can easily imbed into his daily life. But also overcome some of those challenges where even if maybe, like last night, i did exercise for 30 minutes, but i didn't really feel like it.
