Is the Old Magic Pre-Shattering?

I think the old magic is referencing something pre shattering. I think it's referencing adanasium magic, magic like legiteral ancient magic, literally before the universe. So i would just kind of speculate that oka, rashar has spred before honor and cultivation show up. And we believe that they have bonded animals like ricadium, great shails and what not. Isn't it possible that honor and cultivation showed up short time later? We don't no, don't think we know.
