The Importance of Listening to the Language of a Group
Listen carefully to the language of a particular group, or even if they're online. If it leans more into repetitive experiences of group mind without any real tools or purpose or good inquiry going on, I think that's also a big problem. Look out for jargon and loaded language. It's really important to recognize that it's easy to become defensive in relation to what the group is actually doing. We can say that cult dynamics are predictable but should be fully examined.
