When you meditate, it's a way to clear that from your mind. One of my missions at ziva is to make it as rude to leave your house without meditating as it is to leaveyour house without brushing your teeth. meditation strengthens the connection between the insula and dorso medial pre frontal cortex - which processes information about people we perceive as separate or different. And so if you become more ampathetic towards people that you perceive as different, then, yah, you're going to be less of a dick. You're going to see yourself inside others and others inside of you. What if we started to be identified as a human race instead of a nationality?
