How Long Should an Epic Be?
When i was just introduced to the notion of epics, i created an epic. The biggest learning i've made back then was to always set a clear scope. How big should it be? That depends on your industry and contacts you're working in. Be tobe business, we have sometimes yer really projects, so that are very long or very big quarterly projects. I think that's always a good rule of thump.
