How Did You Get Up to Speed in Sales and Trading?
I was fortunate that I went from the investment bank inside to the sales and trading, which are as you know, two very different tracks. Growing that business was exciting, transforming it from what they call the high touch business to the electronic business. And my view was anybody who has an idea what should be the strategies should come to me and share their views. And at the end of the day, I'm going to decide and everybody has a vote. Nobody has a veto because we want everybody to own the strategy and to do what we think is the best for the business.
