The Differential Between AV and First Degree Heart Blocks
AF with a slow ventricular response will give you a bradicardic rhythm. First degree heart blocks are definitely the more benign end of the spectrum. But when you slip down the heart a little bit lower, you've then got to think about your atroventricular conduction abnormalities. That can be due to things like fibrosis of the conducting system or some structural abnormalities.
