Small farms are one of the most underrated issues in Haiti because a lot of people see small farms today as a solution. The problem is you can only do so much with small farms, right? Like you can do subsistence cropping and coffee can be done on small farms. But if you see it, like it's mind blowing to see that Haiti, which during the 18th century, like on the eve of revolution was supplying half of the world's sugar.
