In high growth companies, predisposition of optimism or at least above neutral tends to help. Humble attitude and someone who just deeply believes like they have more to learn are also important. And then the third is mindset, right? I'm always vetting for growth or fixed mindset. This is easier to vet for than well, it's harder in some roles and easier in others.
