Soye was trying to follow some of the protocol in her book, but it was not as easy to bring it together on my own. I really liked how it laid out very logical sort of sequence of a protocol. But even with that, i started with some doing the paleo autoimune diet. That was before i started working with you directlys and o for more of a kind of vegetarian base diet,. yo, high food quality, ante inflammatory. Then you pivoted over to automomune paleo. And maybe there anything you want to just suppose in terms of how that felt yon on the joints.
